About me
Seungwon Do is a research engineer at the Defense ICT Convergence Laboratory, ETRI, Korea.
He is actively engaged in defense projects funded by the Korean Defense Acquisition Program Administration,
focusing on developing battle-field situation awareness systems using deep learning models.
His research centers on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Mixed Reality (MR),
with a particular interest in creating computational models that utilize human cognitive and behavior-planning models within MR environments.
Seungwon’s work aims to enhance users’ perception of physical quantities and the material properties of virtual objects in MR
through visual, kinesthetic, and acoustic cues, without additional devices or adaptations.
